It is that time of year when the Dues statements are sent out and we on the Board of Governors a timely response for the payment of your lot dues. Dues should be paid by April 30, this helps the Board to know what monies we have for the upkeep of the Sub-Division. Dues are $25 per lot per year, if you own one lot $25, if you own three lots then $75 and so on.
Also the first Board of Governors meeting is April 20th at 7 pm in the Club house on the corner of Birch and N. County line Rd. This is a good time to make requests or complaints known so that they can be addresses. It is our goal to have a great Community where people are glad to be a part of the Honeymoon Heights Sub-Division.
