All properties within the boundaries of Honeymoon Heights are part of the Honeymoon Heights Owners Association (HHOA). Property owners are not allowed to "opt out" of membership in HHOA.

All property owners within the HHOA who have paid their annual dues are considered to be "Members in Good Standing." Members in good standing are allowed to attend all meetings of the board of governors, bring issues or concerns before the board, be nominated for open board positions, serve on the board, vote on motions raised at the annual meeting. 

Property owners within the HHOA whose annual dues have not been paid are not considered to be members in good standing.  Such members may attend all meetings of the board of governors, bring issues or concerns before the board.  However, they will not be permitted to be nominated for open board positions, serve on the board, vote on motions raised at the annual meeting.
