Request Bids for Lawn Mowing

HONEYMOON HEIGHTS OWNERS ASSOCIATION REQUEST FOR BIDS FOR LAWN MOWING AND TRIMMING 2026

SUBMISSION OF BIDS:

Mail your bid to Honeymoon Heights Owners Association, P.O. Box 245, Lakeview, MI 48850 or email your bid to honeymoonheights245@gmail.com.  Bids will be accepted until April 30th, 2026.  Bids shall be valid for 60 days beyond the due date.

DESCRIPTION (SCOPE) OF SERVICE:

Mowing and trimming grass at the following locations in Honeymoon Heights subdivision.  The season is from May to October 15, 2026.

Parks (each approx.) 60ft wide, 120ft deep with swing set and possible picnic table, small pavilion on some) mowed weekly as needed include Parks B, D, E, J, L, M, N, P, T, U, A1, B1, C1, and Clubhouse lots.  

Parks B1, N, M, J, C, U, D, and the two Clubhouse lots are to be mowed weekly.  Parks B, E, L, P, T, A1, C1 are to be mowed as needed.  Clean up after high winds and storms removing small branches, etc. out of the way of the mowers is to be included. 

BIDDER QUALIFICATIONS: 

Bidder must be experienced in lawn care and provide proof of insurance.  Bidder provides own equipment, personnel, and supplies.

Bids will be selected by experience, cost, and ability to perform.
