Removal of Docks at Parks

Crew that helped remove the park docks

It was sad to see the docks come out of the lake because it meant the end of summer and recreating on the Lake. So we look forward to next spring when we once again gather a crew together to slide those docks back into the water.

October 18 was set as the date to remove 6 docks located at the HHOA lakeside parks. We didn't know if it would work out because of the rain, but the rain stopped around 10 am. We had a crew of 11 show up to remove the docks, and we were able to accomplish the job in about an hour and a half. Obviously not all that helped are shown in the picture, but a special thanks to Perry Martin who brought his tractor that greatly helped in the removal of the docks. See all of you next Spring.
