For many years there has been a Tennis Court in HHOA Owners Association, but it had not been used in many years as a tennis court. There was a couple of basketball hoops and the cement pad that kids in the neighborhood used for riding bikes or just playing kids games, but did not see much action.
At the April HHOA Board meeting it was suggested that a Pickle Ball Court be created on the old Tennis Court. It was discussed and voted to go ahead with the new renovation. Amanda Evanzo volunteered to power wash the court, paint new lines on the cement pad, and buy the equipment to play Pickle Ball. Amanda was given a $200 allowance to complete the task of the renovation. Amanda even had enough paint left over to paint three point lines for the basket ball hoops.

The Pickle Ball Court was completed this last week and has already a had a fair amount of action from playing Pickle Ball or Basketball. It is a good sight to see the old Tennis Court being used in such a way. The HHOA Board encourages everyone in HHOA to come and see what it looks like and maybe even play a game of Pickle Ball.
