Reading of minutes from April 17, 2025 meeting.

Treasurer’s report.

Old Business:

1. Update on progress of pickleball court @ tennis court on Cherry Street.

2. Cord and charger for laptop.

3. Curt to contact lawyer, concerning HOA dues and placing liens on properties.

4. Street light for corner of Hickory and County Line.

Ben will meet with Tri County at site on 5-12 @ 1:00 p.m.

5. Docks installed on Saturday April 26th, update

6. Collection Agency.

7. Updated budget to vote on the present to mbrs in June at annual mtg.

New Business:

1. Process for Handling Blight.

Sending certified letter to property owners, stated as such in by-laws but 2 times, suggest 1 time or none. Would require by laws change.

Is on website under Zoning Restrictions ,that registered letter is to be sent to property owners.

Discussion on property rentals, and non pay of dues. May require by laws change.

Committee Reports:

Roads: Bonnie Visser.

Check on status of roads in HHOA, and report to County Road Commision.

Parks: Ben Gonzalez.

Park M hill seeding progress.

Check on status of park on Hickory.

Check on erosion at Park B1.

Lights: Susan Zwingman.

Blight: Kelly Hammis.
