Treasurer’s Report:

Old Business:

  1.Camper on Juniper Street.

  2. Trailor on Cherry Street, Certified letter to be sent to owner.  Multiple HHOA violations.

  3. Park M hill:  Erosion/ Ground damage.  

  4. Tennis Court Cherry Street:  Pickleball Equipement.      (Amanda Evanzo)

5. Collection Agency for delinquent HHOA Dues

New Business:

A:  Judy as new Treasurer, and Suzie to member at large.

B: Rough Budget for 2025.

C: New Cord and Charger for Secretary Laptop.

D: Is Roadside by Park on Hickory being mowed?

E: Can HHOA put liens on properties with large amount of outstanding Dues?

   If so, what dollar amount threshold do we use?

G: Office supply purchases:  can we run them through Judy so she can get best price possible.

H: Request for street light on corner of Hickory and County Line.

I: Docks will be installed on Saturday April 26. Start @ 10:00 a.m. @ Park C
