Reading of minutes from May 15, 2025 meeting. 

Treasurer’s Report. 

Old Business: 

1.      Pickleball court.  (Amanda Evanzo). 

2.      Cord & Charger for laptop. 

3.      Street Light, Corner of Hickory & County Line Road. 

4.      Park M grass planting. 

5.      Park N Billboard Repair. 

New Business: 

     1. Budget 2025. 

     2. Brandi Clark-Hubbard,   Cato Township Supervisor. 

     3. HHOA discussion on Camping & short term rentals. 

     4. Process to report blight.  Do we change from sending 2 certified letters to property  

          Owners, to sending 1 letter or none?  Since Cato Township notifies owners, and  

           Owners then have 14 days. 

     5. Clubhouse ceiling tiles.   Do we need to put poison in ceiling before we replace tiles?
